  • Rebecca Bains (Onwards Records). Hard Road, on which I played some guitar parts and appeared on the promotional videos, reached No. 33 on the UK iTunes Country Chart and No. 29 on the Greek iTunes Chart. The single was promoted on a billboard in New York Times Square as part of the promotional campaign. I was hired again at a later date to perform at a gig with approximately 20,000 spectators (After Dark Fireworks Spectacular at Don Valley Bowl in Sheffield).

  • Dimitrios Malegas (producer of many top-selling artists in the Greek music industry).

  • Wild Souls (Lions Pride Music). I appeared as a guest soloist on the recording and the video clip of I Remember You. I arranged for my part of the video clip to be recorded at John Parr's studio.

  • Story Teller's Night (Magnum Tribute Band).

  • Scream Arena, shared the stage with The Quireboys and Marseille (Neil Buchanan's band, presenter of Art Attack).

  • Pro2 Studios & EBA Records.

  • BASA Productions (through Pro2 Studios recording sessions).

Fast Learning Methods

An expert on fast/deep learning methods provides learning tips that significantly speed up the process of learning. This results in better value for money in relation to educators who are not aware of such methods or don't know how to use them. The result? You need fewer lessons to get to a higher level in a shorter time and therefore save money!

According to an Education Endowment Foundation report based on 246 studies, it is possible when following certain teaching/learning methods to have extra progress of about 66% within a year. Dimitris capitalizes heavily on such methods to make it easier for students to reach a higher level in a shorter time while achieving deep learning. This is actually easier for students in relation to traditional teaching approaches.

"You are clearly a very talented guitarist and arranger in classic rock style.", "You are a very very talented composer as well as a gifted guitarist." Nick Raymonde (credits: former top positions at A&R for Sony, BMG, RCA, first signed Take That)

"I can see the potential in you taking a Jim Steinman role." Kevin Donoghue (credits: first discovered/signed Nine Inch Nails - managed Top20 international recording artists for Sony, CBS and Epic.)

“I do like this a lot - it is superb (Died In Your Arms Tonight)” Andy Lee - CEO Love To Infinity Records (credits: Grammy nominated production team, 38 number 1 records, 65 gold silver and platinum discs worldwide, over 90 top 40 hits worldwide)

1-1 vs. Group Teaching

His commitment and goal are to make the pathway to great guitar playing as smooth and as easy as possible, something that is certainly not achievable in group tuition. Students who come to us after having been exposed to group tuition can clearly see this and easily confirm it if asked. Why? Because, in contrast to private lessons, a tutor teaching a group of guitarists cannot focus 'exclusively' on a student's strengths and weaknesses to help in the best possible way. Hence, there is little value for money in the long run.

'Tuition Designed for Guitar, Knowledge Engineered to Last'.

Our slogan is 'Tuition Designed for Guitar, Knowledge Engineered to Last'. This is why we have been refusing over the years to offer a more profitable service of group tuition. Playing in a group is great, but not as the main way to learn; only as a complimentary activity and as an opportunity to apply what a student learns in the main guitar and/or theory lessons.
